We sell digital products and professional services. Because these are delivered digitally and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on digital products or completed services. Please make sure the scope in your written estimate is what you need before approving it — we are happy to walk through it with you first.

If a delivered product does not work as specified, contact support and we will fix it. Defects in our work are our responsibility to correct.
